Looking for a site just like PrankDial.com

JOB: [login to view URL] BUDGET: $250 - $1500 USD I'm looking for a professional who can really do a great job in creating a fully functional site with "all" the same features of PrankDial.com. I would of course want a better look and user friendly interface so we do not get into trouble for out right replicating the site. In short, I want the site to be and act just like this one but, it must be different enough so that we can't be accused of cloning it! I would recommend checking out the site first, play with it to see all of what it does and then bid. Be accurate in your bid and time it'll take to make. I'm a project manager for programming projects like this in the USA and I have to be able to tell my customer exactly what it's going to cost and how long it'll take. Of course I'm going to award the best priced bid but you can disregard the parameters of this bid. If you can do it for less than I put here, put it (you'll probably get the job). If it's more expensive than my anticipated budget put it and it'll still be considered.
