Make mailchimp templates with info from form

Hi, In mailchimp i made this flow: 1. I made a signup form with a lot of questions. Some optional, some required. [login to view URL] 2. Once somebody enters this form, i need to send a confirmation mail. I made this mail in our templates. So you don't need to design it, but you do need to move it from template to the list ' confirmation mail'. This mail has 1 dynamic element: The line: Dear Mr. Noomen. When a person selects GENDER in the signup form. THey choose male or female. If it was MALE, the line says: Mr. and if its FEMALE its Mrs. So its <gender> <lastname> 3. If they confirm they get a final welcome mail. There are 2 templates for this welcome mail, based on the answer in the signup form. If the country they chose is INSIDE THE EU they get mail 1. if they selected a country OUTSIDE EU they get mail 2. There is the same name as before so: <gender> <lastname> but there's more info here. In the three coloumns i need dynamic info for the most right column: <First name> <Lastname> <date of visit> @ < time of visit> <Travel company name> <number of guests> guests <Free tour check = yes> Free tour of Coster Diamonds with an <preferred language> tour guide. <champagne surprise tour check = yes> <Tickets for diamond museum> + <guide for diamond museum> for diamond museum <extra comments> --After this, i need to automatically send a mail 2 days after a certain date (from the signup) and that has 2 versions as well. Also based on the country. That's it. See images for more info. I need this done today.
