121810 PHP/MYSQL Game

I would like the game done along the lines of the example game above.. All actual features and data of how i want the game to look/be, I will give in detail to the winning bidder, all actual coding of php/mysql must be done by you. I would like a programmer who is experienced and that can guarantee his work and one who will be able to fix any errors that would be detected in the game later down the line, also one who can work hand in hand with me if I have any questions. Please keep in mind that this is a very involved project! I do have php coding to another game that can and will be useful for help and ideas of how to start off if needed.
