i need a simple ticketing system with the details bellow
User roles
>> Admin
>> Support Staff
>> End users
end user lodges a ticket then staff/ admin can respond on them (must have option for file attachment and notes field for each ticket)
must send mails(using SMTP) to users on response from staff
i will provide my current database design where all users are stored (you can suggest the changes needed)
i don't need any design as i will integrate it to my panel
please provide the best pricing as i am also PHP developer i am outsourcing this for my own use as i am a lot busy these days
i forgot to mention another user level
Resellers
resellers can view tickets of the users under them
support staff can view tickets of all users under all resellers
