Staff Reporting Script v2

Build a web application that will be able to generate real-time reports on staff performance based on data pulled from 3 separate sources: (1) A helpdesk application (2) A live chat application (3) A telephony system Each of these systems currently store relevant data in separate MySQL databases. The data that will need to be shown by the web script includes, for each staff member: number of tickets answered, number of phone calls answered, number of chats accepted, log-in/log-out times, and several others (up to 5 metrics to start). The system will also need to be able to generate specific reports, like average number of support tickets responded to per day, per technician. Complete specs will be provided to chosen candidate. You will be given access to some sample scripts that perform a similar (although very limited) task, and will have access to a project manager to answer any technical or non-technical issues. You will be expected to have excellent PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL skills. We anticipate the first version of this project to take anywhere between 40 and 80 hours to complete. Eventually this system will be enhanced with additional features so more work can be expected if chosen candidate does a good job. We wish to build a good long-standing relationship with a competent freelance programmer. We also prefer dealing with individuals rather than consulting companies. Chosen candidate must be willing to sign an NDA.
