14375 Web based admin reports in PHP

This project is for the generation of sales reports, advertising reports, manual order entry, commission reports, etc to be viewed online from our site admin panel. Our site sells blueprints (house plans) and it's called AmazingPlans.com. We already have an admin panel with a basic daily sales ledger. Almost all of the reports should be easy to generate since the information just needs pulled from our MySQL database. A couple of the other tasks will require some programming on your part. Here are the job specifics: Monthly Sales Ledger - - The existing ledger already shows order number, date, time, customer name but doesn't separate per month. Just continuous of all sales from day one with 25 results per page. - The new ledger will show on a per month basis with the ability to display any given month by selecting months from a drop down menu. - Add fields (columns) for total state, pre-tax sale, shipping total, override amount, grand total - Add a row at bottom to auto calculate the totals for all columns - Add a row at bottom to auto calculate the projected monthly numbers based on the number of days in a month. - Skip some space and then add a row that shows the grand total sales and gives me a text box to enter my advertising spends total and have it pull the total commissions to be paid (from commissions ledger) and deduct those two amounts from grand total to give me a "adjusted gross profit" for the month. - I also want the percentages (%) for all the totals columns. Individual Designers Commission Ledger - - This will be a totally new set of reports that we never had in our admin. - There will be a separate report for each designer we have (about 50) - Designers are paid twice a month, once on the 15th and again on the first. - Columns for sales date, customer name auto calc for commission due date, commission total, plan number, running totals of $ commission due, note field so we can enter designer payment/check info. - Bottom of ledger will also give ytd commission totals, etc. - This report will need to generate a commissions due amount with the ability to print the jobs info for us to send with their payment. - Some designers are set at different commission levels than other so we need to ability to attach a commission level (%) to each designers account. - We also need to set a second level (tier 2) commission since a couple of our designers get a commission off of one of other designers. Example: designer #1 was referred to us by designer #2. Designer #1 gets the standard 50% commission, designer #2 gets a referral commission off of all designer #1 sales. So anytime a plan sells of designer #1 the ledger will reflect the 50% commission to his ledger and the second tier commission (lets say 10%) on the designer #2 commission sheet. Overall Designers Commission Ledger - - This ledger will display totals of all designers giving us the total due per designer for the 15th and 1st of each month along with a total commissions due collectively. Manual Order Entry Form - - We have already created a manual order override feature (sort of) but it could use a some tweaking. We want to have it so we can manually enter any sale and override the sales total along with all the sale information and have it auto enter that data into the sales and commission ledgers. - This manual order entry form needs linked from our main admin page. This will be a compete form showing fields for all customer information, credit card info, plan number, auto assign an order number, notes section where we can make detailed notes of what they ordered, etc. Email Designers a Copy of Orders - - When an order is placed on our system we want it to auto send a modified copy of it to the designer (after we review and approve) who's plan was sold which will also include their commission amount and due date. - BEFORE an order copy is sent by email to a designer we want the ability to view/edit anything that needs changed (like commission amount) and then hit a "approved, send to designer" button. NOTE: Although I tried to be as specific as possible there may be a few other small items not listed above. Please be sure to keep that in mind when placing your bid. I really want these ledgers to completely replace me having to keep any paper reports or XL sheets. This is going to be my only means of reporting. Thanks, Joe
