Wordpress eShop Paypal IPN feed to Freeway Standard File Format CSV

We have a current installation of eShop for Wordpress:

On receipt of an order eShop sends us an Paypal IPN notification email using this file from the plugin:
[url removed, login to view]
What we need is on successful order for the information from the Paypal IPN in the above file to be output to a Freeway Standard File Format CSV and sent to our server. Looking at the file above it looks like all the IPN info we need is already pulled by eShop and ready for output, so essentially i'ts just using the same code from the email notification to output to the CSV in the correct format.
We will supply documentation on Freeway Standard File Format CSV and a sample file, if you need this before you quote then please message me.
