Hi, I have read your project details, I have few questions : 1. Will there be any buying or selling within website ? 2. If answer of above questions is Yes, then which payment gateways to use ? 3. What will be the format of that file that will be created when customer fills order form from customer portal ? 4. Will there be categories of products too ? 5. If i get this project, I would do this in codeigniter framework, I can do this in raw/native php too but that framework is MVC based and will help in future enhancement. I've done a lot of back-end development, including developing my own framework for PHP. This framework allows me to put sites together in a short amount of time and provides me with the advantage of not having to start from scratch for every project, nor rely upon plugins and other developers to extend the functionality. Out of the box, the framework has the concept of access rights, so is able to provide customer and administrator based access to the site. Further to this, it supports a template system allowing a complete redesign of the site to leave the features pretty much intact. Not to say the framework isn't tested, the site in my portfolio, Morton Golf, uses this exact software and has been 6 years in the making. In order to deliver the site within the specified time-range, I would require the template file and any other artwork you require. I would first start by putting the template into the site framework and begin adding functionality such as the ability to manager users. An administrative back-end provides the functionalty to get started. I can host the site on my own domain as a demonstration, and you can see progress throughout. I'll stay in close e-mail contact and make any changes necessary as soon as possible. I assume you have your own hosting, I would need PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.
