solution to cause Infusionsoft and Uberconference to talk to each other and share info

Simple Explanation create a way for Infusionsoft and Uberconfernce to call to basically share specific information for people who are scheduling conference calls with me I want to use a service called uber conference [login to view URL] Uberconference does not have an api... I use another service a crm called infusionsoft to schedule my conference calls which it automatically places on my GOOGLE CALENDAR. It also sends and automatic email to me and the client about the date and time of the one on one conference call Here is the problem I was using another conference call service that infusionsoft integrated with and it automatically scheduled the conference call as well as added it to my schedule I have switched to a new conference call service that does not have an api so its hard to make infusionsoft and uberconfernce talk to one another Possible solution [login to view URL] a webapplication that pulls info from my google calendar and auto schedules it on my uberconfence site.. So it auto logs in and schedules it etc.. I have linux hosting as well as windows hosting I prefere linux 2. Maybe a web solution where and email get sent to set location and maybe the info from the email is extracted and then the web application logs in to my uberconference call service and schedules the client..
