I have a current PHP project I would like to embed it in Joomla 1.5 with out using iframes and make it a component so that user security can be in place. No Admin requirements in Joomla right now.
The data is done in desktop software that creates a export file and the facility is in the software to send the file to a PERL script on the server to clear the database table and reload a fresh copy, that PERL script will need some modification as I need to do conversion on a few fields (Ex. Date is yyyy-dd-mm) I need date elements in separate fields, also some field names in the export will be diffrent then in the MySql table so they will need to be mapped on the import.
I will give CPanel access to my site so that you can get what you need on approval or you can work on the site live.
