This project entails taking an existing web site which is already checked in to CVS, and provide a CGI front end (Linux/Apache/Perl) to update and commit changes, for non-technical editors on a Windows platform. The CGI front end will support two basic operations: update, and publish. The update operation performs a CVS update. The publish operation performs cvs add, delete, and commit as necessary to propagate all local changes to the CVS repository. For a complete specification and system architecture, please refer to the attached document.
