300380 Create Banner Rotater W/instal

Hi All, I have a website at www.baseballadvance.com. I would like to be able to get advertisers to buy advertising from me, however i need some sort of banner script installed on my website. I need the software to give some detail information to both the admin, and the advertiser purchasing the software. for the advertiser - I would like it to show impressions,impressions left clicks,and the ability to change the banner during a current rotation Show hits per hr day week & ctr. The admin I would like the ability to add and delete banner campains the campain I would like to have the option of making the campain for impressions, or clicks or just for a time period like a month or forever. I would like to have the ability to add a specific banner to a specific page through the admin and have 1-10 banner per banner rotator per page. I am sure there are other items i need but all just minor additions like statisitics. After all this is created I need it installed on my webpage. I would like this all to very eye appealing when checking the stats by the advertiser. I am on a strick budget all inquires welcome
