169961 E-mail Search Program

I need a program that will search through folders of e-mails in outlook express and pull up all of the messages with e-mail addresses in the body of the e-mail, and at the same time be able to exclude certain e-mail addresses that I can enter into an exclusion list which the program would ignore when searching through the messages. From there I need to be able to move all of those messages found into another folder into OE. For example: I use the search feature on Outlook Express to search for the "at" sign in the message body which pulls up all the messages with e-mail addresses, but it also pulls up unwanted addresses at the same time. If there are 2 addresses in the message and one is not on the exclusion list, then I would want that e-mail message to come up in the search. If there is only 1 address and it is on the exclusion list, then I wouldn't want that message to be part of the search. This can be a new program or a legal modification to an existing program. It should be very similar to the search feature in OE but be able to exclude addresses that are not wanted. The list of excluded addresses will not be large.. 10 - 20.... 100 tops. I need this to work on Windows 98 as well as other operating systems. I am open to suggestions as far as the programming language. Thanks.
