The project will consist of a program that will interact with Ebay. It may be web based or a stand-alone based program. The program will take a given ebay username, or email address. It will allow for a list of addresses or usernames to be entered in bulk. The program will then connect to ebay, and download the feedback left for those usernames. Once this is done, the feedback will be scanned against a small database of keywords. Should a match be found, that username will be flagged and saved into a separate list.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Should the program be web-based, the programmer will help with installing to the web server. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Should a future need to expand the program arise, an agreement will be signed to retain the current programmer.
## Platform
I'd prefer a web-based app. I can have my web hosting company run most any program needed. If the program cannot run from the web, Windows 98, XP or NT is acceptable.
## Deadline information
Time frame is not set in stone at this time.
