New customer portal page & signup

We need a new customer portal for a new site and sign up form. This site will use API to retrieve customer information using XML RPC.

1. Customer signup form. We have a fully working script but need this to be tweaked to allow for scenarios during signup. The form updates out back end system on success using API access... Full documentation is provided and example codes..

> - look and feel of the sign up form

> - accept payments at signup (Sagepay and Google CO)

> - add local numbers to cart during sign up (see 2 below)

> 2. Local numbering. We buy local (virtual numbers) from a provider and need to link this at sign up including sending an update of mapping on completion. Sample PHP code attached..

3. Account portal area: this is a clone of our existing billing area.. information will be retrieved via API call using XML RPC.. Full documentation and example code provided..

4. Would need some form of shopping cart/ecommerce solution to bring it all together..

We are looking for a clean code to allow for future changes/tweaks..
