Redirect with Edit Referrer

When a vistitor comes to my site I want to retrieve a page from another site but I need that other site to see a different Referrer then my site that loaded the page. PageA = page from my site SiteB = 3rd party site to be hit/retrieved PageC =? page from my site? to be seen as referrer PageD = page from my site? visitor sees PageA loads SiteB in an iframe or frame but SiteB thinks? PageC is the referrer. ? The vistor will not need to see SiteB at all, the only page they will see is? PageD. I would like to be able to set a list of URLs to hit/retrieve when they visit if possible. ? This way every URL in the list will see my visitor as a visitor of their own. It must seem as the surfer actually went to their site so all must be done locally. ? Also needs to use the surfers header info except the Referer. ? I'm thinking maybe PHP? fsockopen or curl but open to any ideas that would work.
