41888 Rsoft submitter project

Basic purpose of this software is to be able to post my comment/ad link to blogs and Guestbooks in a short time. Need an installable file that I can install on my PC. Program can be 2 in 1 (Guestbook & Blog poster in one) or 2 separate programs for each. I'm open to suggestions and happy to accept pre-existing program providing they fit my needs.
