**** I am posting this again because I had bids from $1000 to $5000 for this project. Please help me by keeping this project costs down. I want a website similar to [login to view URL], but instead of "FreeLancers" and "Buyers", I need "Buyers" and "Sellers". More details down below.*************** Hi. Thank you for looking at my project. I am looking for someone to produce a turnkey website, including website design and development. The website design and layout would be professional looking and template based, in case I decide to change wording, colors, etc similar to FreelancersDirect.com. I am looking to create a website that sells advertising space. It would be similar to Scriptlance.com. However, instead of Programmers and Webmasters, it would feature "Buyers" and "Sellers". I would need a search feature for the site. I would need it set up so that a "buyer" could be searched for space for sale (such as banner ad, classified ad, link, by dollar amounts, size of space, and length of ad term, monthly visitors, additional notes, etc.) I would need it created so that if I needed to add more categories, I could very easily. As for the "seller", I need it set up so that they can locate "buyers" with a spending limit, and try to negotiate a better buy. I need it where "buyers" are charged a flat fee when setting up an account and accessing the database of ad "sellers". This is a one time access fee for buyers. Advertisers will be charged by a "rate price" based on the "final sale price" (i.e. $5 if price is between $10-$100, $10 if price is between $101-$200, etc. (basically 5%)) every time they make a sale of ad space. The buyer would be automatically notified of contact person ONLY after advertiser pays the "rate price". This would then activate the automated email to buyer who to contact. If advertiser does not pay, the email with contact information is not sent. It should be set up so that when they post, they can later change/edit the information if anything like price, settings, etc can be modified. In addition, this would need to be set up so that I can go in and change price rates. I would like to have on the front page a listing of the 5 newest advertisers (with ad info), 5 newest buyers (showing how much they want to spend), and the top 5 "Least Expensive Ad Space" (from Advertisers) and the "Largest Ad Budget" (from buyers). Again, they would need to be logged in and pay to access the information. I need it set up so that the advertiser and buyer contact each other though the website and have no direct contact outside of the site. (I know it's not totally secure, but I need it as secure as possible. I would need it so that if someone put in a website address or email, it would scramble it... is that possible?... such as www.??????.com or ??????AT????????.com) I would like to have an admin panel (for deleting/suspending accounts), auto notifications for "buyers"/"sellers" if someone posts a message or wins a bid... you get the picture. It should be set up like Scriptlance/FreelancersDirect but with the modifications necessary to produce my project. I would like to have the account set up to accept Clickbank payments. This must be a turnkey website. I will take suggestions on hosting options. I must see a working website before complete payment. I am willing to send over 10% of the payment to you if you are the successful bidder. You can review my feedback... I am honest and fair. I have the domain name picked out already. MySQL, PHP, Perl, ASP, whatever will make the website completely turnkey is fine with me. If you have any questions, feel free to post a message.
