Weather webpage

I need some one that can make my website work with special options related to Google API mapping and webdesign in PHP Please see [[login to view URL]][1] thats the basic idea. On this moment the page is in HTML but should be remade to PHP. All options that are on it still need to be made working. If you have knowledge about google API mapping and php I would like to know you better. My funds are limited to about $100 but almost all data (stations and weather)? is already availible from our own server. When you fix the job and it's completely as I wish you can earn a nice bonus.
