Web page modification

I have a Web site at [login to view URL] This is an on line shopping store. As far as I know, my web site is a PHP site, the database is MySQL. I want some one to modify my web page so that a administrator can easily do his management job. What I want someone to do for me is shown in the attached zip file. This is my 1st time to be in this web site to look for a coder. Not sure if this information is enough for a coder to bid. However, A coder may add what I want into my Web site in English even though Chinese charracter is prefered.
