Create a Multi Video loader and player on my wordpress site

I intend to record regular videos and post to YouTube. I intend to have a page on my wordpress site where there is a video loader and player like the example at <[url removed, login to view]> on my website.

I need someone who can create and install this on my Wordpress site so that as I update my videos on YouTube they show up in the player.
