This project comes in two portions, this first part, although its quite small I am kind of using it as a means to help me find a new coder, which I will use for the 2nd and much larger project. The current script is written in PHP/some cURL/ very little SQL. I currently have a working script that I need a couple of modifications. The script accepts passed parameters from 2 Checkout payment service (verifies payment), allows a user to select a username and password and upon clicking "Create Account", the account is created on an offsite system, information is inserted into an SQL database and an e-mail is sent to the customer with these details. As I said, all of this works just fine.
What I need is for the script to be modified so customers who are returning to my service can input there previous username and password and upon clicking submit, there newly purchased time will be added to that specific username and they can continue using there old account with the same username and password....as it stands now, they are simply creating new accounts.
I have the API docs for my offsite system, and although the 2 Checkout parts are done, the parameters for that service are well documented on there site. This is part 1 of a 2 part project, so this first part will have to have the means to fit seamlessly with the second part at a later date. I can describe this part to the winning bidder so they can make the right adjustments. I also need the final product to be well commented and to handle several simple errors that may be returned by my offsite system. I can also make available a sandbox to the winning coder so they can do thorough testing on my server.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
