MySql site, Design, Coding, Multi-user areas

Seeking a skilled programmer to create and code new site. Site is not overly complicated, but has a few user areas.

Mysql 4 database, ASP coding, perhaps css left nav, and global template for easy updating/editing links/files.

I will be writing content for all pages, and creating pages using the template made for site.

**3? forms**:

1st User will register a simle profile, with multiple form fields for info.

2nd Other users will register profile with multiple form fields, attached photos that will display, input url links. A second registration form will be in this users members are when logged in to submit same info for additional profiles/projects.

**User Areas**:

1st Users may log into a secure area to view profiles/info of 2ns user registrations. They may then select "request" to contact them. Auto-Email (c-donts or other) will notify admin, and other user with customized form email notification.

2nd Users may log into a secure area to view their profile/project submitted. They will have a link to re-submit another profile/project registration to add to their account, or replace any current they have.

**Admin Area**:

View/Edit/Approve/Administrate all users: Approve any users for access, and profile/project activated for viewing in 1st User area. Send automated email notifications with click of button next to action requested in 1st User Profile or area dedicated for recording requests made. change usernames/passwords, and any info in any form field area of users.

Site will have Log-in feature, forgot/retrieve password feature

**Important:** All forms, and Log-In area will need to be coded to be secure against sql injections, cross-site scripting, or other bugs. All programming and design must be cross-compatible to all browser types (ie, mozilla, safari, chrome, etc.).

It is critical that programmer be dedicated to completing work on time. I need one programmer who will be the only one working on the site.

Must have good communication, good ratings, and provide 5% expert guarantee.

I pay fast, and I pay bonus.
