## Deliverables
Make website interesting with more pictures rather than words as most of my visitors cannot read English. Translation will be through Joomla translator, joomfish and google translator but I cannot 100% count on them so more pictures. Example, must have featured photos in frontpage in a tight format (least number of very small words).
Need to appear reasonable in a mobile phone browser. Avoid Ajax too much if it cannot be view from a mobile screen. Another example is to place the search box at the left hand side so the mobile browser see this first without having to scroll right & bottom to find it. Maybe a dynamic template be called if a mobile browser is detected.
Most of my customers will pay-in-person so keep in mind.
With the LaoMotors, investigate the possibility that customer pay by category. For example, listing a car is cheaper than listing a motorcycle.
Default currency is the local "KIP" but have option to be converted (by currency selection OR extra fields) to THB and USD.
Once a listing is placed, the customer can log in to update. However, they connot change some fields (prevent dealers from re-using paid listing space with other cars etc). For example, for LaoMotors, after the initial listing is submitted...maybe after a time frame....when customer login again, they cannot change Make-model-mainPicture-regNo-chasssieNo etc.
Within the listing, prefer to have rollover thumbnail picture that updates the main picture without clicking.
Flex-header that get and changes its picture from pictures kept in a particular fold or random from SQL database?
Top and bottom banner. Side banner takes a very good number of advertised and is located the length of the right side of the website. maybe it prerforms independently from base template? Anyway, put lots more space for advertising.
