My company is? looking to develop an online e-Commerce shop that sells fashion items like Men's suits, Women suits, Shoes, Shirts etc
The categories are in the attached document to be downloaded by coder.
1) The website must integrate paypal payment gateway.
2) The site must present the products in a professional and attractive manner - be fast loading, allow for thumbnail images & larger close up images when the cursor is hovering over the thumbnail.
3) Website must be a Content Management System (CMS) as we need something simple, fast and easy to learn in order for the us to add and upload product images, edit product information and categories etc.
4) The site must be developed in such a way? that adding & editing new products must be a fast & simple process, and all area's (back-end) of the online shop must be editable by the us with a few clicks.
5) There must be a way to change prices quickly, either by percentage in a blanket fashion or by category.
6) The site must have the ability (through the back-end) for a sliding scale prices structure (quantity discounts). For example if a customer bought 2 applicable items, he gets 10% discount, if he bought 4 items, he gets 20% discount etc. Another example is for instance buy 1 suit? for £x and the second for 10% less or 4 for x etc.
7) Website must be able to calculate and add on tax and delivery charges according to country.
8) Site must have ability to display up to date currency in GBP/USD/Euro.
9) All of the above features are actually all standard features of shopping carts websites- but after having previous problems with a coder of what is required, I like to be as clear as possible as to what I need.
10) There also needs to be an formatted image upload feature and auto-resize feature - so that we can add a product to the menu, and change text" in a text box to appear on the product fairly quickly.
Any other neccesary feature will be agreed with Coder before commencement.
This is an urgent project, and needs to be completed within 10 days.
