We are a healthcare staffing agency. We are looking to have a one page website or landing page that other websites and traffic will be directed to. On this site, we want to have a video of our representative. We'd like to have a stop/start button for the video and not have the video starting right away when the website loads. We'll have an advertisement stating the benefits of using our company and our contact information. We will provide the ad copy. We would also like to capture emails and contact information in exchange for a CD Seminar Set or another free gift. We'd like to have an autoresponder set up for the opt in. We want it set to have no outbound links and we need it designed to be attractive for potential nurses and aid in the recruitment. Past website experience is a plus as is a competitive price/bid for the project. I would like the website to be designed/updated to my satisfaction (with revisions until my company is satisfied) with the end result being a fully-functional site on my choice server. We have our own server. We would like the project uploaded to our server once the project is complete.
