Specification:

Creation of a branded smartphone app/widget that when selected launches the native browser and loads a predefined URL.

The widget needs to be signed and listed on the Apple Store and Android Markets respectively.

## Deliverables

The url and graphics to create the dekstop icon will be provide upon acceptance of the project.
