I need a support ticket software system for my customers to submit tickets.? I want it also to have an ability to be able to upload content (solutions) to common questions and the content be searchable.
I have seen one which is called Kayako. The first task would be to research if there are any other solutions out there similar that can do the same things, but cheaper (ie open source). If not, then we will go with Kayako.
The second task would be to install and set up the chosen support ticket software and test to ensure it is working. Also to set up the various categories for support and content upload.
The software should be able to be set up on my own server rather than pay a monthly fee.
