We need a coder to help us develop web widgets (a la [url removed, login to view]) for deployment either on our network or through a hosted service. These widgets must each be able to gather information from a specific website either by scraping an image and short text or through RSS feeds.
Widget construction should allow us to specify where links direct, based on what was originally presented on the originating website with the option of allowing the end-user to input certain variables to modify to the link to suit their affiliate needs.
If possible, we would also like to be able to customize the image dimensions/width of the widget.
Based on your intial widget work, this project may encompass up to six or more websites/widgets.
