39512 Joomla Site with Blogg-X +cart

Firstly, my apologies for any stupid errors/omissions..I'm new to this game! I need a simple two-column Joomla-based website (attached poor mock-up is very loosely based on Mamplates 'Chippewa' template). The only design elements that must be included are the 'beach' photograph and simple two-column look - your artistic involvement is welcome and encouraged! On the site, which you are to build the first item will be static content offering a free e-book and the 'Read More' link should bring up a form (from my 1ShoppingCart site?)to capture e-mail/address details in my 1ShoppingCart database, before allowing access to the rest of the sales copy. This static content page will also need to link to the shopping cart to enable the e-book download. The second content item on the front page will be a blog, which should be created using 'Blogg-X' and 'akoCommentPlus'. The blogg element is to be RSS, XML, Atom, etc. enabled, with blog 'permalinks' implemented. I also require the completed site to be uploaded onto my web hosting site and the successful bidder is to test and confirm the functionality of the site.
