minor changes to oscommerce

I want the following code changes to be made to oscommerce: (1) Currently each product has a fixed price. I want this to be modified, so that the price has 2 components: one is a setup fee, and the other is a recurring fee. For eg, for a product, the price can be $5 setup and $10 recurring per month, OR $5 setup and $30 recurring per 3 months. So one component of price is setup price, while other component is recurring price. For the recurring price component, there are multiple options, eg annual recurring, or monthly recurring etc. Basically user will be shown a form where he can specify each type of recurring price (monthly, weekly annually etc). When a user purchases a product, he has to choose one of the recurring price types. (2) A simple cron job, that checks for any recurring price product, and creates a new order for existing customer. For eg a customer choose a product with monthly recurring price. Then the cron will see purchases which are 1 month - 3 days old, and create a new order for only the recurring product, and send email to customer and store admin with the new order details (For sending mail you can use existing oscommerce logic). So user can simply open new order and pay for that product. Another cron checks for any unpaid recurring orders, and if 4 days have passed since order was placed|(or recurring product order created by cron job) then that order is set to 'Cancelled' and in future such products wont be recurring billed by the first cron job.
