213509 oscmax/oscommerce catalog fix

Did a fresh install of oscmax which runs off oscommerce. have already imported the database, products etc. Products are in the catalog, but the links are buggy on some places [url removed, login to view] and checkout does not function due to these errors.

some of the errors that need to be fixed are catalog linking errors such as [url removed, login to view] or no catalog folder listed

or others like .comindex.php... (with no /)

currently, something happened to the template layout once you click on any product, you cannot see the template or product images properly.

Need the few errors with the php fixed and need the catalog to work properly (with the link errors fixed it will). I know this is a quick fix for someone that knows php & oscmax.

I have attached 2 includes/[url removed, login to view]

1. (4-2 copy) has code changed, the link url's look normal like [url removed, login to view] location, but then the template disappears.

2. the template looks great, but the links are bad like no catalog folder listed or no '/' between parts of the url.

view the catalog at the url listed above and you'll see what the errors are if you hover over the categories or products or even click a product and the template disappears.

*all the links from the website itself when clicked take you to that product within the catalog, but you cannot 'checkout' error message and no template shown.
