PHP experts needed to upgrade / rewrite a script(repost)

We have PHP script ([login to view URL]) that splits quantity, unit, description, ingredient name and preparation notes from recipe ingredient text. But the way our PHP script splits ingredients to quantity, unit, description, ingredient name, preparation notes is different from food.com.

Now we want to upgrade our script and make it work exactly similar to ingredient separation done by [login to view URL] while submitting recipes. Note you need to create a free account at [login to view URL] and try submitting recipes on [login to view URL] to figure out the differences between our script and food.com.

You may notice that our script on [login to view URL] has two columns "Extra Qty" and "Extra Unit" not found on food.com. But we would like to keep these 2 columns because even though we do not see these 2 columns on [login to view URL], [login to view URL] does factor in the items in these columns. Our script also has an additional column Preparation Notes 2 and we would like to do away with that and keep just single Preparation Notes column as can be seen on food.com.

Find attached sample ingredient text that can be used to compare ingredient text separation done by our php script and food.com. The coder will be themselves responsible to find the differences between output from our script and the ingredient separation output [login to view URL] and upgrade our script to make it similar to food.com.

The PHP script we have is less than 500 lines of code and someone good with PHP should be easily able to add new rules to the script and make it similar to [login to view URL], we will select the coder and share the script with whoever responds with the maximum differences.

The script should also be able to process ingredient text like

200ml/7fl oz red wine

300ml/10fl oz reduced beef stock

which even [login to view URL] currently fails to process.
