Referral listing modification for vBulletin site

I want a modification through which I can track the referrers by a users. Its not affiliate but it should show the number of new users referred by an existing user with a list of usernames of referred members also. Moreover it should also show an added number of users, as in the number of users referred by the referred users should also show along with there list also. Means the modification should be able to list the username and the number of direct users referred and separately number of indirect users referred (the number of indirect users should go to infinite level). The number and list of users referred should be accessible to admin (for all users) and user itself (only for the members referred by him)
