Os Commerce 2.2 RC2a Install & Customisation

Do you have experience working with Os commerce 2.2 RC2a Shop templates? Can you carry out the following changes and additions to a provided Os commerce template and then provide full instructions and support to enable the customer to install the template on a server?? The changes required are as follows: Add 2 more currencies, (GBP - British Pound) AND (THB -Thai Baht) Add 2 more payment options, (paypal & google checkout) Move the "log on" and "log off" link which is at the bottom right of the template, to the top right, (a screenshot showing the exact place will be provided) Add 1 more language (Thai) including flag icon on the homepage nest to the others. Thats it. Im looking for someone with tracable references and checkable portfolio, someone reliable and trustworthy who would be happy to provide support in the future when needed.
