Install vtiger open source on DreamHost shared server

We hace an account on DreamHost (not a dedicated server). We need to install the open source system VTIGER on our DreamHost server.

We do not have access to the root of DreamHost and php.ini. We need a DreamHost server expert.

We can pay 30-40$ for the installation progress.
