Need TGP/MGP Designer

Hello I need someone who has set up TGP/MGP galleries before, I need you to set one up for me and show me how you did it, and briefly explain to me what you did. Thats all, if you have done it before its just a matter of setting up a couple of scripts, I have the hosting already and the domains just need help with the sites. Do this one well and you can help me build out a huge network of blogs and TGP/MGPs, this will all be adult related and you MUST show previous MGP/TGP designs. I am hoping for something around $50 because that is what a TGP install/design goes for on other sites.
