OSCommerce Installer Migrate exisiting store to new host

We need an oscommerce and php experienced person to move our existing oscommerce store to a new host server. The new host will be [login to view URL], the existing site is on 1and1.com. We need all files, design, setup, modules, and inventory data copied to the new host and all functionality tested.
We have a fairly basic oscommerce install with minimal customizations - the known modules we have installed are:
Payment
Shipping
SEO-G
Custom Feeds Import
A backup of the current site and a restore on the new host should work, however our current site on [login to view URL] does not always backup successfully. Script transactions sometimes fail on the host, which is one of the reasons why we are moving from that provider.
Please provide your bid and examples of your work experience in migrating oscommerce stores.
