449687 AOL Adsonar PPC - Automatic bid management script needed

We are currently managing a few AOL Adsonar PPC accounts.

We have a target of 25$ per lead, and we want to have a script that logs in Every 3 Hours or so to make sure that all the bids are in check, and be as close to possible to 25$ per lead for every listing at the end of the day.

Here is the sequence of what needs to be done

[url removed, login to view] shows you the page immediately once you login. At this point we need to go in My Reports on the top menu, and then click on Performance Manager (shown in [url removed, login to view])

[url removed, login to view] shows the Performance Manager, here you need to click on Display report

[url removed, login to view] shows the report, and the bids that need to be updated

To update the bids, here is the logic:

A minimum amount of 100$ has to be spent for the listing

If this amount has been spent, we need to find the bid that results in a 25$ CPA.

We update the columns and click on SAVE UPDATES

We want this script to run every 3 hours (Automatically) to make sure that all listings are optimized all day long.

We also want to be able to custom set the date range for the data (for example, past 30 days), and the script goes in and automatically updates all the bids to target 25$ per lead. This will help us, once in a while, do a big update for the bids to make sure that over the days none of them went too far in either direction (too little or too much spent per lead).
