535467 Fixing problems with Joomla Virtuemart 2

Hello Programmers,
We have ecommerce website in Joomla using Virtuemart.
We have the following problems with Virtuemart:
1) We have currencies converter in our website, the default currency is USD. The problem is when you add to cart a product you will be forward to the checkout page thats ok for now but if you change the currency from USD to Euro for example (Or any other currency except from USD) it output an error message and forward you to home page with empty Cart. You will need to fix it that it will work with all currencies inside the checkout page and also on the website itself so when a customer choose a currency he will be using this currency.
We also want to add a text message when he choose another currency except USD that "Please note that we will charge you in USD, we are using currencies conversion service" this message when the customer need to choose Method of payment , at the bottom.
2) When you add a new product to cart you get forward to checkout page, in this page you have an option to insert a coupon number. This is the only page that we want that the coupon feature will be. Seems that on the next two pages of checkout and when a customer choose his Method of payment, the coupon feature still showing. So you will need to remove it from these 2 pages. So it will be on the first page of the checkout.
3) When a customer add product to cart and goes to checkout he has an option to choose the payment method: he there has 3 options: Credit card, Paypal, google checkout.
We want to put the image of "Visa , Mastercard, American express" (you can see it on the top of the right side of the page) on the right side of near the "Credit card" payment method near text. Also the images of Paypal and google checkout need to be in straight line near the text of "Paypal"
and "Google Checkout" we want to use only high quality pictures, if you need them we can provide you the images. Please let us know.
