PHP programming to Optimise a site for search engines (SEO)

I need some php work on the site: [login to view URL] to make it more readable by search engines. The site is built with a mysql and php back end which allows the administrator to add/modify/delete the products. Firstly I require some work on the .htaccess file and php programming so that each category looks like it has it’s own page in the search engines. E.g.
[login to view URL]
The categories should still be administrated from the back end of the site.
Each product currently can only be seen when you click the image which overlays the page. Again, using the .htaccess file and php I would like there to also be a ‘view large’ button alongside each product which opens a fresh page for the product. The product page should have a unique the url:
[login to view URL]
I also require a [login to view URL] file creating and a dynamic xml site map which will list all of the pages from the database.

I did similiar seo fix for website recently, it's no problem it just take some time to fix db, admin, and url rewrites.
