Expert with NING social platform (configure, customize etc)

Hello

I am looking for someone expert with customization and configuration of NING platform.

This means that I am looking for someone that HAS ALREADY that experience, not someone that thinks that he is capable of learning.

Why? Because I need this configuration fast.

Included in your work, I need you to be proactive telling me ways of getting traffic to my NING profile. Lots of traffic. (after proper customization and configuration of course)

I can think of a few things that I want to do:

Remove some widgets from main page, maybe add them to other pages since I like the widgets function but when they are all on the same page it makes the page take to long to load.

So maybe this makes it necessary to re-organize the menu so that some widgets can have their own page.

In terms of design I really am not bothered...there are several templates already made that will be fine.

Another thing that I need to know is how I will send invitations to all the people in my skype, msn, yahoo etc messengers. I know that it is easy to import from gmail, but I have more than 1000 contacts in those messengers that I also want to invite.

I do not want to spend more than 30usd to start.

I want to make this work tomorrow, or next weekend. So bid if you are available in this timing.

If you are good with NING, I will add you to my projects management system and will continue to provide you with steady work.
