(CS-Cart) Employment Application Addon

We would like an addon created for cs-cart that will allow people to apply for job openings that we have. Here are the features we need: Admin: We must have the ability to create job postings with title and description, and application forms. We should be able to add any type of form field, including text, textarea, radio, select, checkbox, etc. There must be the ability to decide whether a field is required and the minimum and maximum characters. There should be field types that are selectable for validation like phone and e-mail. We should be able to view, print, and export a PDF applications that have been submitted. We should be able to set a status on the application. The available statuses must be submitted, under review, accepted, declined, need more info. These applications may contain 30-100 fields each so the system must be able to handle that amount. Customer: Anyone can can see job postings which will be listed on one page with a link to their application forms. However, users must sign in or register to access the applications and to apply. If they click an application and are not signed in, it should take them to the sign on page with a message that tells them they must be registered or signed in to apply. On the application forms, they must be able to click a "Save" button that allows them to save all data they've entered so that they can come back at a later time to complete and submit the application. Once submitted they should be able to return to the application and view the application they submitted - however they should not be able to change the data. It should also show the status at the top of the page (which the Admin sets). Submitted forms should default to the "Submitted" status. When submitting a from, CS-Cart field validation must occur (i.e. use the validation system that CS-Cart uses on other forms). It must check length, type (e-mail/phone), and if a field is required. Note that people must be able to "Save" a form whether the fields are valid or not - only submitting should validate the fields.
