Help Center Live, Live Chat Software Needed

I need help with setup, and basic customization, and how to use Help Center Live (HCL). Will also accept other suggestions of software if you have something better. I will install HCl onto my URL, and give you FTP access to perform these tasks. I will NOT give access to my cpanel. First you will confirm that I have installed the HCL software properly.
