Multi-step Property Submission System

I need a simple multi-step system that allows a user to sign up with their contact info, submit data that describes a piece of property, and then a checkout page where they pay via credit card through an [login to view URL] processor (I have all the [login to view URL] PHP examples for you to see how it works to make this as easy as possible) I've set up a new Wordpress install at this address, which is where the site will be located: [login to view URL] From the home page, I will make 3 links to PHP files you will create (for the look and feel, just try to mimic the basic centered table layout of the main site) : 1. "Yes, I already have a profile and would like to submit a new property" - this takes them to a login page ([login to view URL]), where they enter their email address, the system will check to make sure they have a profile (we won't use passwords), and then will take them to the Submit Property form ([login to view URL]) I've attached a flow chart to this email that I drew by hand to show you everything I'm explaining here. I've also attached a Word DOC that has all the fields that [login to view URL] needs to capture. 2. "Yes, I want to create a new profile so I can begin submitting properties" - this takes them to the Create Profile form ([login to view URL]) For the exact fields that need to be captured, I've attached a Word DOC to this email that explains what data the form needs to get. 3. "I have a profile and would like to update my information" - This takes them to the Login screen ([login to view URL]) which then will take them to the Update Profile page ([login to view URL]) which is like the new profile form, but has all their info filled in (pulled from the database) Then they can change any part of it and submit. ...CONTINUED IN THE ENCLOSED TEXT FILE CALLED "Project [login to view URL]" ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform PHP
