Online GoogleMap Taxi booking and dispatch system GPStracker

We need online taxi booking and despatch system. The software must be easily integrated into the

website: www.ubtaxi.mn. There are four parts:

1. Web based booking system, like the one in [login to view URL]

2. Server application that receive online booking geolocations and select nearest taxi cars,

looking from it’s own database (MYSQL and txt files), from part 3.

3. TCP/IP listener that will listen real-time data that was being sent from GPS tracker devices

and store this data to it’s own database (MYSQL and txt files from part2)

4. Android, IPhone app that is identical to the part1.

Please, note that this is a serious project for us, we don't want any failures or incomplete system. The system will used in our new taxi company, which has purchased 1200 new cars. We will select bidder based on following criterias:

1. The bidder must not be doing more than 1 project concurrently with our project

2. Experience, please provide documentations of what you have done

3. Honesty and hard working guru

We will ask the selected bidder to send us daily work reports - must

The project time is 15 days which is enough for experienced professionals. The first milestone will be payed after the bidder submits 2 day report.
