Program Summary:\\r\\n\\r\\nThe Officer Performance Report (AF-FORM 707), is an annual requirement for all Air Force Officers, and the single most critical document related to career progression. In other words, an officer\'s OPR, is a 1 page document that summarizes the the impact he/she made for the year. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe challenge every officer faces when writing their OPR is the ability to condense a years worth of accomplishments into a couple small boxes, and in a way that still has a major impact and more or less looks fabulous.\\r\\n\\r\\nI need a software developer to create a program that will more or less serve as an OPR wizard, guiding the officer effortlessly through the process of creating a stunning OPR.\\r\\nThe end result will be a complete OPR form ready to email or upload in order to begin the process of electronic signatures and finalization of the form.\\r\\nIn summary, this program will automate the process of filling out an OPR.\\r\\n\\r\\n--------------\\r\\nBelow is a brief summary of the different blocks contained on the form. I have also attached a sample form 707, as well as a blank form 707 to be used when making the program.\\r\\nAdditionally, to aid in creating the program, I have attached a PDF that serves as the rules of how to effectively create an OPR. I have highlighted the information that I believe will help serve in creating the necessary algorithms needed to automate this form.\\r\\n\\r\\nSECTION 1. RATEE IDENTIFICATION DATA (Read AFI 36-2406 carefully before filing in any item)\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 1. Name (Last, First, Middle Initial)\\r\\n In this section, the name of the officer must be converted to all caps. \\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 2. SSN\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 3. Grade\\r\\n This section contains a drop down box for choosing your appropriate rank. The choices are: 2d Lt, 1st Lt, Capt, Maj, Lt Col, Col\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 4. DAFSC\\r\\n This block is for entering the officer\'s air force specialty code (ex. 35P3)\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 5. REASON FOR REPORT\\r\\n This section contains a drop down box for choosing your appropriate reason for filling out this form. The choices are: Dir by HQ USAF, Dir by Commander, Annual, CRO\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 6. PAS CODE\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 7. ORGANIZATION, COMMAND, LOCATION, AND COMPONENT\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 8. PERIOD OF REPORT\\r\\n There are 2 input sections in which the officer must enter the beginning month and year of this assessment and the ending month and year of this assessment. \\r\\n\\r\\nBlock 9. NO. DAYS SUPV. \\r\\n In this section the officer enters the number of days he was supervised during this reporting period. The number inputted will range from 001 to 365 days.\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock II. JOB DESCRIPTION (Limit text to 4 lines)\\r\\n DUTY TITLE: This section is where the officer inputs his duty title. The first letter of each word should be capitalized and the following letters of each word should be lowercased. Ex. Public Affairs Manager\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock III. PERFORMANCE FACTORS\\r\\n There are 2 square boxes in which the officer should choose to check the appropriate choice. The first box is labeled: DOES NOT MEET STANDARDS. The second box is labeled: MEETS STANDARDS.\\r\\nThere is an additional drop down box to the right in which the officer can either leave blank or choose \"Yes\". to annotate whether he has a FITNESS EXEMPTION.\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock IV specifications: RATER OVERALL ASSESSMENT:\\r\\nCharacters required: 930\\r\\nThis is the most important section on the form to fill out\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nBlock V. ADDITIONAL RATER OVERALL ASSESSMENT:\\r\\nCharacters required: 167
