We have a .htaccess file that automatically redirects visitors to the secure version of the page. There is also a condition that redirects all non file/directory requests to [login to view URL]
There is now an addon domain that also connects to the same hosting account, without a SSL certificate. So we need the HTTPS redirection turned off for this domain name but keep the non file/directory redirect active.
To reiterate:
[login to view URL] should load SSL
[login to view URL] should not load SSL
Both sites should still execute rewrite rule for [login to view URL]
Current script:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*) [login to view URL] [L,QSA]
