The requirement is for a small scale commercial user-facing web application which relies heavily on a database to populate product & other relevant information, store user registration details and provide the administrator with an effective sales solution. A shopping cart functionality will allow users who choose to purchase products to pay via credit card or generate a purchase order in PDF format. The site is controlled by a backend administrative area which will give the site maintainer full control over products, users and allow simple stats generation from the website's log files. An additional notable item is a 'chat now' function, which will allow users to enter a simple text chat with the site administrators. Ongoing website support to be provided for two years.

see additional files (one word and two excel). The excel ones will give you some idea of the structure of the data, but note that only a small part of the data is shown in these. The original (which will be provided to the coder once project has been agreed) contain 20000 records for the "Luboil database draft03" spreadsheet, and around 6500 records for the "Luboil excel_draft03" spreadsheet.
