Write some Software

We need to crate an online application that can convert a txt data into a (SQL, MySQL or which ever is free open source database) an save it in to our cloud server. Each TXT data has around 1,000 clients (records) each client has a few address at least 3 but less than 7. After storing all this data. the application need to be able to verify all the address (using the free API from the USPS) to determine at least one correct, some of the addresses can also be duplicate will need to be able to delete those. Once the system identifies correct address, we need to be able to print a letter to the client, (which we have the letter in PDF and Word all ready done) the letter is the same for all clients, the only thing that will change is the name, address, document number (this has to be in barcode format, I did it in Microsoft word and it works great). Just so you know, we will upload everyday a TXT file containing around 1,000 record. we can add a bottom so we can delete old data.
